Woodbridge, Ontario | 2018 | 150,000 sq. ft. | $100K project

This project involved the replacement of the existing conventional fire alarm control panel and annunciator panel. To ensure compatibility, all smoke detectors and bells were replaced with horns, and suite devices were upgraded to mini-horns in compliance with Option 3 of the OFM-TG-02-1998 technical guide. The work was completed while the building remained occupied, with existing wiring re-used for detection and notification devices.

Lonergan Engineering designed and prepared the contract documents, issued CCDC and payment certificates, managed the construction, and issued substantial completion.
