Audi
Toronto, Ontario | 2019 | 87,850 sq. ft.
Overview:
This project involved a corporate image upgrade of an existing Audi dealership in Toronto. The work included enhancements to the service garage, reception, showroom, lunchroom, offices, parking levels, parts storage, washrooms, and a new wash bay. A complete lighting and controls upgrade was completed to meet full corporate image compliance requirements.

IMAX Corporation
Mississauga, Ontario | 2016 | 40,000 sq. ft.
Overview:
This project involved the renovation of existing common areas and office spaces, along with the construction of a new 3D laser testing theatre at IMAX Corporation’s Mississauga location. The redevelopment of the site also included upgrades to the exterior lighting and landscaping.
Role:
Lonergan Engineering provided the electrical design as part of the design-build team.
Scope of Work:
• Lighting design and photometric calculations
• Electrical load calculation and power distribution design
• Design of emergency power systems
• Site lighting design
• Contract administration

King Edward Hotel
Toronto, Ontario | 2017 | 5,000 sq. ft.
Overview:
This project involved the restoration of the historic Crystal Ballroom and adjacent kitchen located on the 17th floor of the King Edward Hotel. The complete design and restoration were carried out in accordance with heritage requirements, ensuring the preservation of the ballroom’s historic character. The project was highly acclaimed, receiving the 2016 IES Illumination International Award of Excellence, the 2016 IES Illumination North America Award of Merit, and the 2016 IES Illumination Toronto Section Award.
Role:
Lonergan Engineering acted as the electrical consultant, designing and managing the electrical construction for the project.

• Photometric calculations to support the construction of custom luminaires

Subaru – Willowdale
North York, Ontario | 2022 | 135,000 sq. ft.
Overview:
This project involved the construction of a new Subaru dealership consisting of three levels of parking (81,000 sq. ft.) and two levels above grade (20,000 sq. ft.) for retail and office space. The design incorporated requirements under the Toronto Green Building Standards V.3, including the implementation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
